Rep. Jason Crow, a U.S. Congressman representing Colorado’s 6th district since 2019, used his social media platform on February 25, 2026, to address issues ranging from the State of the Union to criminal justice reform.
In a post at 01:39 UTC, Crow stated, “I’m heading to the State of the Union. I’ll be right in front—reminding Trump that he failed to indict me, and that his policies are failing the American people. He’ll never be able to bully, intimidate, or stop me from doing my job.”
Minutes later at 01:44 UTC, Crow followed up with another message: “The President tried to imprison us. But he failed. Instead, we’ll be in the People’s House—staring right at him and holding him accountable. Don’t give up the ship.”
Later that day at 19:20 UTC, Crow shifted focus to criminal justice policy by writing: “It’s time to end for-profit private prisons. Corporations shouldn’t be incentivized and make billions of dollars off putting people behind bars. I’m leading the charge to end this broken and inhumane system.”
Crow has represented Colorado’s 6th District since defeating former congressman Mike Coffman in 2019. Born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1979 and currently residing in Aurora, Crow is an alumnus of both the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BA) and the University of Denver (JD).
