Rep. Jason Crow, who has represented Colorado’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress since 2019, used his Twitter account to criticize former President Donald Trump’s approach to foreign policy in a series of posts on May 11 and 12, 2026.
In one tweet posted on May 11, Crow stated: “No more foreign adventurism to benefit Big Oil.” On the same day, he followed up with another post addressing the consequences of U.S. military actions abroad: “Trump’s treating U.S. foreign policy like a reality show. But bombing seven countries and starting reckless wars is deadly serious. American servicemembers have been killed and working people are paying higher prices.”
The following morning, Crow expanded on his critique of Trump’s international strategy by highlighting the importance of alliances: “America is safer & stronger when we have friends around the world. Trump is tearing up our alliances, making us weaker & more isolated.”
Crow, who was born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1979 and currently resides in Aurora, has made foreign policy a recurring theme during his tenure in Congress. He earned his BA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2002 and received a JD from the University of Denver in 2009.
Since succeeding Mike Coffman as representative for Colorado’s 6th district in 2019, Crow has regularly addressed national security and international relations issues through both legislative action and public statements.
