Rep. Jason Crow, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Colorado’s 6th district since 2019, has criticized former President Donald Trump in a series of social media posts addressing recent U.S. military actions, domestic issues, and presidential conduct.
On March 16, 2026, Crow wrote: “Trump started a war with Iran. 13 of our brave servicemembers have been killed. The average price of gas is close to $4 a gallon. And the President is focused on… his ballroom.”
Continuing his criticism on March 17, Crow stated: “We should stand by those fighting for democracy. But Trump has dismantled most of the tools America has to support people yearning for freedom. We have a bad history of using only our military power to force regime change.”
Later that same day, he added: “Donald Trump is using our fallen heroes in flag-draped coffins to fundraise for himself. It’s disrespectful and disgusting.”
Crow’s remarks come amid heightened tensions following U.S. military action involving Iran and ongoing debates over foreign policy and presidential priorities.
Jason Crow, born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1979 and currently residing in Aurora, holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (BA) and the University of Denver (JD). He succeeded Mike Coffman as representative for Colorado’s 6th district in 2019.
