Rep. Jason Crow, a U.S. Congressman representing Colorado’s 6th district since 2019, used his social media platform to voice concerns over recent developments in U.S. foreign policy and immigration enforcement.
On March 19, 2026, Crow criticized the administration’s approach to Iran, stating: “It’s clear there’s no strategy in Iran. Even Tulsi Gabbard admitted we replaced one Khamenei with another—and the new one is even worse. Trump’s war of choice is making us less safe.” Later that day, he reiterated his criticism by referencing remarks from former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard: “Tulsi Gabbard just admitted: 1) No imminent threat from Iran 2) Trump has no end game 3) Iran’s new leader is even more of a threat”.
The following morning, on March 20, Crow shifted focus to immigration issues affecting Afghan allies of the United States. He wrote: “I served alongside brave Afghans who put their lives on the line to protect American service members like me. They should not be dying in ICE custody.”
Crow, born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1979 and currently residing in Aurora, has a background that includes military service and legal education—a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a JD from the University of Denver. His statements reflect ongoing debates about U.S. involvement in Middle Eastern affairs and the treatment of Afghan partners following America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan.
