Rep. Jason Crow, who represents Colorado’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on social media from May 6 to May 7, 2026, addressing issues related to national security, economic policy, and foreign affairs.
On May 6, Crow wrote: “Our troop footprint in Europe isn’t charity. It helps protect America’s national security, our economy, and U.S. citizens living abroad.”
Later that day, he criticized current economic conditions under President Donald Trump: “Credit card spending is ‘through the roof’ because of this President’s failed policies. Folks can’t afford to live. Donald Trump promised to lower costs, but he’s done nothing to help.”
On May 7, Crow questioned the administration’s approach to Iran: “What’s President Trump’s end game in Iran? He’s stumbling from one day to the next– with no coherent strategy. We need to end this war.”
Crow has represented Colorado’s 6th District since replacing Mike Coffman in 2019 and currently resides in Aurora. Born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1979, he holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a JD from the University of Denver.
