Sherwin-Williams issued the following announcement on March 18.

We at Sherwin-Williams are concerned with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), which poses a worldwide health emergency. The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and the communities we serve is our number one priority.
As the situation continues to evolve, we’re closely following the most up-to-date guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html) and implementing their recommendations throughout our stores and workspaces.
Minimizing the spread of germs is one of the most important preventative measures we can take. So, we have implemented new cleaning procedures throughout our stores and facilities. We’re also actively educating our employees on the preventative measures provided by the CDC.
We are encouraging our employees to stay home, when sick, to help contain the spread of COVID-19. To ensure our employees do not encounter an economic burden, we are making emergency paid leave options available to all Sherwin-Williams employees, should they need to stay home.
While our stores remain open, we have reduced our hours.
Effective March 18th our hours will be*:
Monday – Friday: Normal open time – 5:00pm
Saturday: Normal open time – 4:00 pm
Sunday: Normal open time – 2:00 pm
*Subject to state and local restrictions

Color Consultation services are currently suspended. If you have a consultation scheduled, please call your local store and we are happy to accommodate a refund or reschedule the service for a future date.
