Medical Center of Aurora recently issued the following announcement.

Date: November 11, 2020

 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (1 Hour)

Spine classes are held weekly in order to provide incoming surgical patients and their families with all of the necessary information regarding their upcoming procedures. The class will be taught by a Physician Assistant and the patients will also have the opportunity to meet with one of our Case Managers in order to discuss post operative hospital course as well as what has to happen upon discharge from the hospital.

The class will end with a representative from Physical Therapy/Occupational therapy who will review appropriate exercises for both the preoperative and post operative setting.

Disclaimer: This course is specific to patients who are having surgery at the Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial. If you are having surgery at one of our other HealthOne facilities, you will need to contact that facility to find out their class information.

Additional notes:

This class will be held online via Zoom. An email containing the Zoom link will be sent approximately 24 hours prior to the class.
