June 2021: Home prices in Aurora (Arapahoe County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $110,000 while total sales decreased by 26.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 423 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 32.4% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 573 homes sold in Aurora in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
