The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Centennial rose by $164,650 while total sales decreased by 37.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $615,650 - a 36.5% increase over the $451,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 185 homes sold in Centennial in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
