May 2021: Aurora (Arapahoe County) experienced a 19.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $66,500 while total sales increased by 81.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 646 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $343,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 356 homes sold in Aurora in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
