Home prices increased in Centennial during May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Centennial rose by $126,100 while total sales increased by 109.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 224 homes sold, with a median sale price of $568,100 - a 28.5% increase over the $442,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Centennial in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
