Median home prices in Aurora (Arapahoe County) rose to $400,000 in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $58,600 while total sales increased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 563 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 17.2% increase over the $341,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 449 homes sold in Aurora in April 2020.
