Rising home prices in Centennial in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Centennial rose by $83,750 while total sales increased by 30.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 178 homes sold, with a median sale price of $560,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $476,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Centennial in April 2020.
