Centennial home prices rose in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Centennial rose by $64,500 while total sales decreased by 0.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $549,500 - a 13.3% increase over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 173 homes sold in Centennial in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
