January 2021: Aurora (Arapahoe County) experienced a 12.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $38,700 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 361 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,200 - a 12.3% increase over the $313,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 390 homes sold in Aurora in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
