Home prices increased in Centennial during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Centennial rose by $64,249 while total sales decreased by 29.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $499,999 - a 14.7% increase over the $435,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Centennial in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
