Centennial home prices rose in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Centennial rose by $53,115 while total sales increased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $499,115 - a 11.9% increase over the $446,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Centennial in November 2019.
