Pricing for the median home in Aurora (Arapahoe County) increased during October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $33,500 while total sales increased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 630 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $326,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 602 homes sold in Aurora in October 2019.
