October 2020: Centennial experienced a 15.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Centennial rose by $69,000 while total sales increased by 0.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 195 homes sold, with a median sale price of $509,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 194 homes sold in Centennial in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
