Home prices increased in Aurora (Arapahoe County) during September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 772 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 597 homes sold in Aurora in September 2019.
