Centennial median home prices rose by 8.8% in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Centennial rose by $39,450 while total sales increased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 202 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,500 - a 8.8% increase over the $446,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 172 homes sold in Centennial in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
