The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $21,250 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 606 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,250 - a 6.4% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 588 homes sold in Aurora in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
