Pricing for the median home in Centennial increased during August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Centennial rose by $34,500 while total sales increased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 196 homes sold, with a median sale price of $478,500 - a 7.8% increase over the $444,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Centennial in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
