June 2020: Centennial experienced a 2.4% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Centennial fell by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 17%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 185 homes sold, with a median sale price of $451,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $462,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 223 homes sold in Centennial in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
