Pricing for the median home in Centennial increased during December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Centennial rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 155 homes sold, with a median sale price of $446,900 - a 4% increase over the $429,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in Centennial in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
