Home prices increased in Aurora (Arapahoe County) during August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $12,600 while total sales decreased by 14.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 588 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 4% increase over the $317,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 687 homes sold in Aurora in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
