Median home prices in Centennial rose to $444,000 in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Centennial rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 171 homes sold, with a median sale price of $444,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $417,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 213 homes sold in Centennial in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
