The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Centennial rose by $122,830 while total sales increased by 21%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 518 homes sold, with a median sale price of $577,500 - a 27% increase over the $454,670 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 428 homes sold in Centennial in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
