The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Centennial rose by $53,780 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 525 homes sold, with a median sale price of $498,230 - a 12.1% increase over the $444,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 492 homes sold in Centennial in the fourth quarter of 2019.
