Home prices increased in Watkins (Arapahoe County) during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Watkins in Arapahoe County rose by $19,400 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $622,500 - a 3.2% increase over the $603,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Watkins in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.
