Median home prices in Deer Trail rose to $286,000 in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Deer Trail rose by $81,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,000 - a 39.5% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Deer Trail in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Deer Trail for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $822, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
