Centennial home prices rose in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Centennial rose by $21,450 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 610 homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,450 - a 4.7% increase over the $452,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 591 homes sold in Centennial in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
