Falling home prices in Centennial in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Centennial fell by $3,830 while total sales decreased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 428 homes sold, with a median sale price of $454,670 - a 0.8% decrease over the $458,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 596 homes sold in Centennial in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
