Pricing for the median home in Bennett (Arapahoe County) increased during the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Bennett in Arapahoe County rose by $45,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $509,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $463,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Bennett in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Bennett for 2018 was $3,714. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,663. This marks an increase of 1.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
