Byers home prices fell in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Byers fell by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 11.8% decrease over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Byers in the first half of 2020.
