Home prices increased in Centennial during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Centennial rose by $105,000 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 878 homes sold, with a median sale price of $560,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 821 homes sold in Centennial in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
