Falling home prices in Foxfield in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Foxfield fell by $39,900 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $777,600 - a 4.9% decrease over the $817,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Foxfield in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Foxfield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,956, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
