Falling home prices in Deer Trail in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Deer Trail fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 4.7% decrease over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Deer Trail in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Deer Trail for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $822, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
