The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $9,475 while total sales increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 3,592 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 3% increase over the $320,525 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,504 homes sold in Aurora in the second half of 2018.
