Spring Creek Meadows home prices rose in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Spring Creek Meadows rose by $8,881 while total sales increased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,500 - a 2.2% increase over the $406,619 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Spring Creek Meadows in the second half of 2018.
