The second half of 2019: Watkins (Arapahoe County) experienced a 2.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Watkins in Arapahoe County fell by $16,900 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $603,100 - a 2.7% decrease over the $620,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Watkins in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Watkins for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,502, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
