Home prices increased in Foxfield during the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Foxfield rose by $171,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $817,500 - a 26.5% increase over the $646,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Foxfield in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Foxfield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,956, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
