August 2021: Home prices in Centennial increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Centennial rose by $121,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 25.4% increase over the $478,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 196 homes sold in Centennial in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
