October 2021: Home prices in Centennial increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Centennial rose by $92,200 while total sales decreased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $601,200 - a 18.1% increase over the $509,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 195 homes sold in Centennial in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
