The second half of 2021: Home prices in Watkins (Arapahoe County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Watkins in Arapahoe County rose by $42,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $748,000 - a 6% increase over the $705,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Watkins in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Watkins for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,502, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
