December 2021: Home prices in Centennial increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Centennial rose by $135,050 while total sales decreased by 73.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $615,000 - a 28.1% increase over the $479,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 170 homes sold in Centennial in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
