January 2022: Home prices in Centennial increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Centennial rose by $159,996 while total sales decreased by 26.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $659,995 - a 32% increase over the $499,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Centennial in January 2021.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
