Byers median home prices rose by 110.2% in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Byers rose by $249,000 while total sales decreased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 110.2 percent increase over the $226,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Byers in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Byers for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $911, approximately 0.2 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
