Bennett (Arapahoe County) home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Bennett in Arapahoe County rose by $160,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $785,000 - a 25.6 percent increase over the $625,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Bennett in the first half of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Bennett for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,714, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
