First half of 2022: Deer Trail experienced a 22.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Deer Trail fell by $64,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 22.3 percent decrease from the $286,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Deer Trail in the first half of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Deer Trail for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $822, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
